MA.R.S. integrates Cognex, ISRA, VMT and INOS systems for part location, robot guidance and in-line quality inspection. Vision jobs are built and tuned against the actual part variation on your line, not a lab sample, so they hold up across a full production shift.
Siemens and Allen-Bradley, to your house standard or ours, including fieldbus and field device configuration. Logic is written to run alongside the robot cell it controls, not developed in isolation and integrated later.
It is robot and cell simulation done before any steel is cut: reach, cycle time and collisions are validated on a CAD model, while the cell still exists only as a design. Problems found this way cost a simulation re-run — the same problems found on-site cost line downtime.
Robot motion and PLC/field communication are tuned together, not one after the other, because most cycle time is lost at the handoff between them. The result is capacity gained on equipment you already own, without new hardware.
