Which robot brands does MA.R.S. program on-site?

MA.R.S. programs ABB, KUKA, FANUC, COMAU, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Universal Robots, each in its native language rather than a generic workaround. Programming happens on the physical robot on your line, built to the standard your customer has already approved, with no shortcuts on safety zones or I/O logic.

What does on-site commissioning include?

Commissioning takes a cell from power-on to production: robots, PLCs and field devices are configured, networked and tuned against the approved standard until the line runs its target cycle. It ends when the customer signs off, not when the equipment simply switches on.

Which machine vision systems does MA.R.S. integrate?

MA.R.S. integrates Cognex, ISRA, VMT and INOS systems for part location, robot guidance and in-line quality inspection. Vision jobs are built and tuned against the actual part variation on your line, not a lab sample, so they hold up across a full production shift.

Which PLC platforms does MA.R.S. support?

Siemens and Allen-Bradley, to your house standard or ours, including fieldbus and field device configuration. Logic is written to run alongside the robot cell it controls, not developed in isolation and integrated later.

What is offline programming and virtual commissioning?

It is robot and cell simulation done before any steel is cut: reach, cycle time and collisions are validated on a CAD model, while the cell still exists only as a design. Problems found this way cost a simulation re-run — the same problems found on-site cost line downtime.

How does cycle time optimization work on a running line?

Robot motion and PLC/field communication are tuned together, not one after the other, because most cycle time is lost at the handoff between them. The result is capacity gained on equipment you already own, without new hardware.

Do you supply the robots or PLCs yourselves?

No. MA.R.S. is a technical subcontractor, not a hardware vendor or system integrator — we program and commission equipment your integrator or plant has already installed.

Do you work with every robot brand?

We program ABB, KUKA, FANUC, COMAU, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Panasonic and Universal Robots. If your line runs a different platform, ask — coverage depends on the specific controller generation.

Is the work carried out on-site or remotely?

Programming and commissioning happen on-site, on the physical line, because reach, cycle time and safety validation need the real cell. Offline programming and virtual commissioning are prepared remotely beforehand, then validated on-site.
